AAPFF Contests For Children 

The Polish Cultural Fund – Ann Arbor invites children to celebrate the upcoming 32nd Ann Arbor Polish Film Festival by participating in two film-themed contests.

Children aged 5–10
 are invited to join an art contest titled “My Movie Heroes”. Portray your favorite film characters using any art technique of your choice. Artwork must be submitted in one of the following sizes: A3 (297 x 420 mm) or Tabloid (11 x 17 inches).

Children aged 11–16
 are invited to take part in the literary contest “My First Movie Review”. Have you recently seen an interesting film? Write about what you like about it and why. Would you recommend it to others? Reviews must be written in Polish.

Entries should be submitted in person or mailed to:

Film reviews may also be submitted by email to: pcfannarbor@gmail.com.

Submission deadline is October 17, 2025.

Winners will be announced at the Ann Arbor Polish Film Festival (on November 15th at 10:00 AM, at the State Theater) and will receive a $100 gift card. Their works will also be presented on our website and social media.
